Positive COVID case at your ministry:

If you have a positive case at your ministry, please send out the notification below to your ministry members:

The safety of our parishioners is of utmost importance.


We have been notified that someone has tested positive that was at     (ministry event)    on    (date)   . If you were at this    (event/meeting)   , please monitor your symptoms, and contact your physician and visit the CDC’s website for more guidance (additional CDC information is below).

 

We will continue ministry as normal. We remain united in faith, prayer, and service.

ADDITONAL INFORMATION:


If you feel that you have been exposed or are concerned, we recommend that (1) you stay at home and (2) get tested 3-5 days after the exposure (this guideline is for both vaccinated and unvaccinated people).
