What do we do?  OCIA is a spiritual, holistic journey of faith formation in our Catholic way of life through prayer, worship, study, faith sharing and community service.  It is NEVER just study alone.  We currently meet weekly on Wednesday evenings from September to June (with break for Christmas and New Year).  We accept people year-round to learn about our faith but when you register determines when you celebrate your sacraments.

OCIA is for: 

• Those not baptized who desire to become Catholic
• Those baptized in other Christian traditions who desire to become Catholic
• Those baptized Catholic but uncatechized who need to complete their Sacraments of Initiation (Confirmation and Holy Eucharist).  (Should someone need only adult confirmation, that is a different process.  Please scroll down for information). 
• Anyone who desires to learn about the Catholic faith for the first time.

Adult Confirmation (for those 18 years and older)

These sessions are for those who were baptized Catholic and have celebrated their First Communion but have not yet been Confirmed.  You will need copies of your Baptism and First Communion certificates.

Dates and times for these sessions vary to meet the needs of working adults but are typically held in the Winter (English only) and the Summer (English and Spanish).  Complete the interest email below and someone will contact you as soon as possible with additional information.
