All ministries are invited to participate.
The Ministry Fair will be open-
Saturday October 12th after the 4pm masses
Sunday October 13th 7:30am - 2:30pm
Ministries are recommended to have at least 2 representatives at their table.
Set up for the Ministry Fair is Saturday, October 12th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm in Social Hall A & B. Ministries are required to set up on Saturday.
We invite all ministry leaders to attend the 4pm mass.
Each ministry is responsible for the clean-up of their table and removal of all items at the end of the Ministry Fair on Sunday.
To secure presentation space, please RSVP.
Deadline to Register is Friday, October 4th.
If we do not receive the registration by October 4th, we are unable to guarantee a space for your ministry in the floor plan.
Each ministry will have approximately 1 table.
